AIRLINES STRIKES – Latest news

The Lufthansa’s pilots have suspended their strike meanwhile unions representing French air traffic controllers would have announced – BBC source – a four-day strike, beginning on Tuesday, that would result in hundreds of flights in and out of Paris’ Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports being cancelled if the strike were confirmed.

As far as the British Airways carrier is concerned, cabin crew would have voted in favour of industrial action over pay and conditions. BA passengers could face the risk of several flights being cancelled. However, no date has been mentioned.
